What is 7+4?

When you purchase and register a Svantek product within three months of purchase, you automatically receive a standard 36-month warranty.

But here at AcSoft, we’re taking confidence in Svantek equipment to the next level by extending the standard warranty by an additional 7 years! That’s right, 7 years on top of the initial 3, giving you a total of 10 years of coverage. And don’t worry, the extended warranty provides the same comprehensive coverage as the standard 3 year warranty.

To qualify for this extended warranty, we simply ask that you calibrate your system with us every 12 months. As part of this service, when you send your kit to us, it will undergo a thorough inspection and calibration to ensure it continues to operate at the highest quality, just as it did on the day you bought it. All our checks adhere to the rigorous standards outlined in IEC 61672-3.

Should you ever need warranty repairs, they will be handled by the expert team at the AcSoft Service Centre. Our technicians have received specialised training at Svantek HQ, ensuring that your equipment is in capable hands.

The AcSoft extended warranty programme covers the following equipment:

SV 307A Noise Monitoring Station

SV 803 Building and Ground Vibration Monitor

SV 971A Class 1 Sound Level Meter

SV 33B Class 1 Sound Calibrator
