We are proud to announce that we are now the UK’s supplier for Airly! This marks a huge step forward for our AcSoft and Svantek UK customers. For years we have been leaders in instrumentation sales for noise and vibration, however the past few years we have had a growing demand from our customers requiring air quality monitoring solutions.
Historically we have stayed away from air quality monitoring however as the market changed we have seen more and more people require noise, vibration and air quality monitoring in the same space. Previously we have worked with a few air quality suppliers and have been very successful with those, however when Airly came to our attention we were offered a solution that addressed previous key pinch points of size of the kit and cost.
Airly is a solution that is much more cost effective for our customers with a much simpler service offering. We have the ability to swap a sensor out for a new unit rather than bringing a sensor back in to service it and then have to deploy it back to site.
Airly’s goal is to make air quality visible and understandable to all, because knowledge and education are the first steps towards successfully tackling air quality problems.
In recent years more and more people have become concerned that their air quality systems and the data will be rejected from local authorities. In a latest well promoted programme, Airly has been chosen as the sensor for the Breathe London initiative, this means Airly’s will be installed across the capital near schools, hospitals and busy streets. All to gather real-time, street-level data that’s informing policy, empowering communities and protecting public health.
It is a very competitive market, a lot of companies now have very similar technology as they make the move to digital sensors, so it’s important that what we do is add value. We have a technical support centre which takes care of customer issues within 4 hours from the enquiry. We can deliver next day, we can support on site and we believe these things alone are one of the main reason why people choose Airly from AcSoft rather than going with a competitor product.
