SV 25S Microphone In Real Ear (MIRE) is dedicated to measurements at the entrance to the human ear. This measurement technique is used when standard noise dosimetry is not applicable, for instance in call centres.

The SV 25S microphone works with SV 102+ or SV 102A+ instruments. The microphone adaptor is adjustable so the microphone probe can be installed in a correct position at the entrance of the ear. The length of the probe is 16mm to ensure the maximum comfort and protect from contact with the eardrum.
The SV 102+ instrument automatically detects type of microphones connected and activates the appropriate compensation filters.
