We are delighted to announce our recent hire of Paige Isaacs who joins the AcSoft team as a Sales Specialist. Paige brings a wealth of experience and a passion for customer relationships and sales development to our ever-growing AcSoft team.
Paige’s first role was in business development for a kitchen and joinery company, where she was responsible for following up on incoming enquiries and dealing with new customers, whilst also building and maintaining relationships with account holders.
Paige’s next step was with a manufacturer of paper honeycomb board, which is a key component used in a range of areas including the foundations of buildings, packaging, and display boards. As an Account Development Manager, she managed customer data, liaised with clients via telephone, email, and in person, and provided quotations across three different product ranges. Her role also involved processing orders and ensuring that customer requirements were met with precision. Paige enjoyed the variety of this role and working across different product lines and liaising with customers to ensure their exact requirements were being met.
From there, Paige moved into a role at a chemical etching company, who are manufacturers of bespoke metal components for industries such as construction, automotive, and aerospace. In her role as a Sales Account Manager, Paige managed both new and existing business, conducting onsite tours, and working directly with engineers to solve technical issues. Her performance within her role earned her a promotion to Team Lead, where she oversaw a small team and was tasked with hitting sales targets.
Next Chapter at AcSoft
Paige is thrilled to be joining AcSoft, a company whose industry sectors align closely with her previous experience. She is particularly excited about the potential for career progression and the opportunity to build strong relationships by getting out on the road and meeting clients face-to-face. ‘I’m happy to have joined such a dynamic team,’ Paige shared. ‘The team work very hard and the support system at AcSoft is excellent, and I’m looking forward to contributing to the team.’
Aidan Hubbard, Sales Director comments: ‘this is a major development for the AcSoft Group as it’s going to allow us to win back the business we built with GRAS pre covid. We have decades of experience working with NVH engineers in many sectors solving complex acoustic issues and Paige will now be at the forefront of pushing that forward once again. The Crysound microphone range is a set of microphones that the industry hasn’t yet seen, with 3 main key USPs. Titanium build for a robust sensor and tested in hard environmental conditions. A cost effective sensor that means you can have multiple sensors for the price of 1, and a 10 year warranty that ties everything together into a package that cannot be beaten.’
AcSoft have also now obtained the Crysound Acoustic imager range for electrical and gas leak detection. This is a system that can find issues with your compressed air, gas and electrical systems within seconds and has blown engineers away with how much time and resources its already saving around the world. Paige will be focused heavily in taking this to the market sticking to AcSoft’s mission of saving our engineers valuable resources, time and money.
For AcSoft as a company, this takes us into another direction. Still within acoustics and vibration but into a new sector that we will champion and become leaders in like we have with all the other sectors we have enjoyed success in.
Paige will be working within a team of three. Sibo as the Applications Engineer who will help qualify and solve issues in the field, whilst helping demo systems as well as providing training. Ian will be handling the electroacoustics market with product lines such as Listen, DAQ systems such as the Apollo from Sinus and will have access to sensors to sell as systems. Paige will be managing direct sensors sales, Microflown and the acoustic imagers.
