Our offices are in Bedford at the Priory Business Park, easily accessible from the A421 and close to Milton Keynes. We have parking on site (free) and are located close to restaurants, pubs and supermarkets. Beautiful lakes and parks are accessible close by for lunchtime walks.

Services CoordinatorThe Role
Subscriptions, service agreements, and contracts are crucial for our business, providing steady core revenue. This role involves collaboration with various departments, including Business Development, Admin, Finance, Sales, and Engineering (Calibration).
By taking on this role, you will gain comprehensive knowledge about Acsoft Ltd, its functions, and its operations. Success in this position means you will help retain customers, discover new business opportunities, and improve our processes to ensure future profitability and revenue growth.Key objectives in the role
You will be responsible for the following key objectives in your role.
• Control and manage subscriptions for our cloud services on multiple product platforms. This includes customer retention meetings and subscription consolidation to offer cost effective services to our clients
• Manage our SIM card contracts, making sure they are retained, updated and costed correctly throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Working with our clients to make sure they are happy with our services, costs and support.
• Manage service maintenance agreements for our software packages and hardware maintenance subscriptions. Quoting customers and managing the complete sales process.
• Administration and processing of our calibration laboratory orders and services, this includes proactively contacting our customers and offering our services and products.
• Processing orders for subscriptions, maintenance agreements and calibrations (delivery notes, order acknowledgements and customer communication).
• Managing your own sales pipeline to the business’ structured sales process, responding to customers in a fast and efficient manor, maximising the potential in your pipeline. We have a 4-hour max contact time, and a process that must be followed for sales follow up.
• Organise and host remote meetings with customers as part of our customer retention strategy.
• Work with our suppliers to make sure we always have the best prices and services.
• As a small business you will be asked to cover team members in times of absence and help around the office. We also have a fantastic culture of team spirit and so it’s important that you can work well in a team.Qualifications and Experience
• Previously worked in a customer service environment with experience of talking directly to customers on the phone or using remote communication tools such as teams or zoom.
• Minimum of GRADE 4 GSCE in English, Science and Maths
• Experience using customer relationship management systems such as Salesforce and can show an understanding of the benefits of such system.
• Experience using Microsoft Office – Word – Excel PowerPoint –Outlook.
• Attention to detail as this role will be working with mass data and processes.Compensation and Benefits
• Competitive salary: £24,000.00 – £26,000.00 per Annum
• Bonus scheme £2,000.00 OTE based on a percentage of sale paid monthly
