The Industry’s First with TÜV-Certified Dual Explosion Protection

The CRY8125 is TÜV-certified for IECEx and ATEX compliance and meets IEC 60079-11 and 60079-0 standards. It can be used for gas leak detection in explosive gas and dust atmospheres. To meet IECEx and ATEX requirements, the CRY8125 undergoes 28 days of aging under 90% humidity, high temperature (90°C), and low temperature (-25°C), immediately followed by drop testing. Even after all these extreme tests, it still maintains an IP54 rating, ensuring no ingress of gas or dust.

Detects Any Type of Gas in Explosive Atmospheres

The CRY8125 detects a wide range of gas leaks, including natural gas, hydrogen, carbon monoxide (CO), and other hazardous gases, even in explosive environments. Its advanced acoustic imaging technology precisely locates leaks, providing a crucial safety advantage in complex environments such as refineries, chemical plants, and gas facilities.

In addition to leak detection, the CRY8125 measures leak rates and estimates losses in real time. This capability enables teams to make faster, more informed repair decisions, thereby minimising downtime and risk. Its advanced analytical tools enhance both efficiency and safety.

Up to 10 Hours of Operation with Replaceable Battery

The CRY8125 Acoustic Imaging Camera comes with advanced smart replaceable batteries, enhancing convenience and extending operational time. Each battery provides up to 5 hours of continuous use, ensuring uninterrupted inspections.

With an extra spare battery included, the device supports a full day of testing. The standard package features two smart batteries and a smart battery charger for effortless battery management. LED indicators on each battery show the current charge level, allowing users to easily monitor battery status and plan their work efficiently.
